My favorite part of the movie Ratatouille that provides a good message of leadership is when Remy is watching over the kitchen and sees that Linguini, the cleaning boy, is making a mess of the soup. Remy then intervenes to throw in a mix of ingredients and save the soup. As it turns out the soup was a hit by the customers and Skinner the owner wants Linguini to be in charge of the soup from here on. The problem is that Remy is actually the one who knows how to cook. This is ware I see the true leader in Remy, the mouse, he is will to work with Linguini and teach him how to make the soup. It is very important that a leader passes their knowledge on to others because when you, the leader, are in need of answers you will always have a group of people willing to help you out since you give them the knowledge that you received. You never know when something so small as in adding ingredients into soup can keep customers coming back for me. As a leader the services that you provide are very crucial in keeping your customers happy.
