Finding a good leader that stands out from the crowd it difficult to do. But once you find that great leader that is will to scrafice his life to make others around him better you will be able to slowly build bonds and trust among the workers. It is very important for the leader to take into consideration the thoughts and concerns of his/her followers. With no followers the leader will no longer have anything to lead. The more the leader bonds and helps out with the workers under him/her the more likely the workers will back the leader up when he/she is in a bind and in need of advice. I really thought that this picture was appropriate for this article for the fact that when the leader is having trouble and staring to fall, if he/she looks to his/her workers for advise or help he/she will be able to get back on his/her feet and head back in the right direction.
