Being a great leader is all about change and keeping upto date on technology and giving your clients what they want. As a whole a company is better off if the president are any leader of the corporation is open to change. You can not be stubborn and not accept change. Change is a way of the future. And yes it is true that you can open a banana from the bottom. Thank you Kirk Weisler.

Change is very important to companies. It is impossible to progress into the future if you are unwilling to take a chance or do something new for your company. Technology advances very quickly, and if you don't follow the trend you could be a thing of the past. A great example of this would be VHS tapes. Along came the DVD's, and if you are a TV company trying to sell TV's with only VHS players, you will have no luck. Now even the DVD's are changing to Blue-Ray Discs. Change is inevitable. I agree that you have to have a president or CEO that keeps an open mind and is willing to accept change. Change also relates to Challenging the Process. This is important because great things can be accomplished if think outside of the box. Bottom line: Change is good! I also tried peeling the banana from the bottom. It just takes someone to speak up and then anything can catch on.
